We ship all orders as soon as possible. You can purchase
EXPEDITED PRODUCTION, otherwise your order will be fulfilled in the order it is received, and within our normal production times.
Please note: Marking your order as a gift, or leaving a note “hoping for arrival by Christmas” will not change the method in which your item is shipped.
Accelerated transit options are available for purchase. Once your order is placed, it will be processed as received, unless we are contacted within an hour of your order with a request to upgrade shipping. Items travel through different nationwide hubs. The item you ordered on Ebay the same day may arrive quicker or slower than our shipment. Comparing different shipments sent from different parts of the country is not an effective way to determine transit.

Check the status of your order in your account dashboard. Login to your Etsy account, click on the order, and view the updated status. We post your tracking information there once your item is released. Due to operational failures across the USPS system due to Covid-19, delays in shipments are expected, and will be exacerbated by increased holiday volume. It is possible your tracking will not even show the item has been picked up by USPS. This is due to non-scans. We can assure you your item has been shipped. It costs us time and money to make labels, it also takes considerable time to respond to inquiries about shipments. There is no benefit to not shipping your item ASAP. We ONLY guarantee our ship-by date, but once in transit, we do not guarantee transit times, unless a guaranteed method is purchased, like Express Mail. Please note that transit times posted by Etsy and USPS/UPS are not endorsed by my shop and in our experience are not correct. During Nov-Dec you can expect delays and non-updated tracking information. USPS won’t accept a claim until after an item is in transit for more than 30 days. We will submit inquiries on your behalf during the process and will file a claim once it can be accepted, and will reship.
If your item arrives damaged, keep all parts of the shipment for documentation and inspection and contact us via Etsy. Emailing us may result in delays in response time. We don’t take phone calls. Etsy messaging is the fastest and most efficient.
All shipments are insured. If deemed lost by USPS or UPS, we will replace. We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments.

Will my item arrive by Christmas?
Because we are not the postal service or UPS, we cannot guaranteed arrival times.
I ship from my NC studio. If you are in NC, SC, VA, WV, GA we recommend upgrading to UPS for orders placed after Dec 14th.
If you are outside of the NC tri-state, you may want to upgrade to UPS, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Expressmail.
All of our items are produced to order and require at minimum 1 day for production. The final day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery with expressmail purchased, is Dec 19th. Please note this gurantee covers shipping - if the item doesn’t arrive by Christmas you can file a claim to be refunded for expressmail shipping charges only.

Do you offer digital?
We do. Licensing starts at $999.00 depending on usage. Contact us for details and a contract.

If i give you a photo, can you draw my cat or dog?
No, but we may have a similar looking dog in our collection. We are happy to customize background colors and text on our pieces.

Can you size my print to fit a standard frame?
No, there is not such thing as a “standard” frame.
If you’re not custom framing (which you shouldn’t for small sizes) I recommend BUYING YOUR FRAME FIRST, and then communicate to us the sizing you’d like for your print, and if that sizing includes our standard border or not. Please don’t provide your frame sizing or a link to a frame you’re buying and then ask that we determine the print sizing for you. Buy the frame, measure the necessary parts, and then depending on how you’d like your print frame, please communicate this sizing to us. You can learn more via these links:
